An early morning "You Do You Boot Camp" with Cassey Allen at Empowered Women's Fitness Center is a great way to start the day. Cassey creates a workout tailored for the regular clients in her class and can adjust plans quickly for guests and new members. She incorporates cardio, strength, and core work in each class. Cassey pays attention to, and corrects our form while gently pushing us past our own perceived limits. In addition to the typical bodyweight exercises, we get to use bars, dumbbells, and resistance bands. When the weather is nice, she adds tire flipping, wall balls, and rope work into class. "You Do You Boot Camp" - an always fun, never boring workout that works for me.
